Buying from takealot is like buying from wish

Buying something from takealot is like buying something from wish. You wait a month for your order and once you receive it, it's not what you ordered. I placed an order on the 1 October 2018 and only received it on the 24th. Takealot only sent me half the order but on the tracing it says delivered successfully. I phoned them to ask where the other half of my order is and they said they will get back to me via email and still have not heard from them. This is the last time I'm supporting takealot as it is not convenient anymore. You mess up my orders every time.
