Buying a mobile device on Takealot is a serious risk!

I ordered a mobile device on Takealot and after the initial charge the battery drained very quickly. Obviously some kind of factory defect. As anyone would be quite unsatisfied, I submitted a request to return the product (seeing it has a "30 day hassle free return" policy), but to my disappointment, it was rejected because the box was opened and the device had been used. See the irony? So I paid R1200 for something I cant use, nor get my money back. Such a waste of MONEY and time! I am regretting this purchase everyday that I am still stuck with this useless peace of plastic.
