Buyers beware -Takealot impossible to contact

I'm horrified to see the rating they have on here. I really though they were a reputable business but now I know what they did to deserver this rating. Ordered 2 products, they delivered something completely unrelated. Immediately apologised and collected the items, so I though this is awesome, mistakes happen, its how you fix them that counts. Well one replacement arrived, the other did not, and now there is radio silence. The biggest problem with Takealot is that there is absolutely no way to contact them. Their ''complaints'' process is a help page that is of no value. Never again - luckily its wasn't expensive items, but this model is so flawed. Do not order anything valuable from them ever!! And they don't respond to these reviews, clearly don't give a toss
