BUYERS BEWARE TakeAlot has been hacked??

On 9 Nov 2022 TakeAlot collected a faulty torch which would not charge, only bought it 2 months prior. I made sure i include the charge cable & even have office staff & CCTV to prove it was ALL in the bubblewrap, and that it was indeed collected by a TakeAlot driver. Today is the 30th Nov and they sent me an email on 12 Nov to confirm they received it, but claimed the cable was missing, so I rep**** that their driver must have removed it and they must check with him? Never heard from this person again?? Then they then sent collections for the same torch on another 3 occasions in Johannesburg, yet they confirmed they have it, and now suddenly they want me to deliver the torch to their Capetown depot? Seems their system has been hacked or something, so BUYERS BEWARE your money is no longer save with them. My advice is that people must stop buying from them with immediate effect and rather support your local retailers. TakeAlot is no longer safe??
