BUYERS BEWARE - ITEMS AND NO RESPONSE FROM TAKEALOT_

I would give 0 stars if I could! On 26 July 2023 I ordered a black polo neck. Order #*** size XL Lite deals online. The package was delivered on 2 August. It was not opened. HOWEVER the black polo neck was not in the package. I cannot get a response from Takealot. I paid and was never refunded. -I have emailed Takealot,Ticket *** but they have never refunded me nor sent the missing item. The agent is no longer responding to the email. Now threads of emails are blocked so I cannot reach the company . No replacement was sent and no refund received.I am very very dissatisfied. Barbara W
