Buyer beware of Takealot!

I ordered a kindle cover which was delivered but upon receipt it was the wrong size. So I logged a return and asked that they credit my account. A week later they delivered another kindle cover even though I had requested they credit my account. Now today I get an email that it cannot be returned. Clearly someone is disregarding customers wishes. I am stuck with a kindle cover i cannot use. Shame on you Takealot for preying on hard at work people. Very disappointed.
