Hi to all that read this . this is the second time ive purchased counterfeit electronic goods from TakeA****.com This time i bought the USB .3.0 Ethernet Adapter 10/100/1000 . Firstly it is clearly marked as Ive written it . The spec they claim on their is absolute total lies . Firstrly it is not USB 3.0 and secondly the link speed on the device is capped at 100mbps . A standard usb 2.0 adapter will get you 480- Mbps . Even more concerning than this is the fact that this item , aswell as another different item i purchased about a year ago , are in fact counterfeit . When you get your device there is no branding on it but thanmks to google lens and realtek support agents , it is 100% confirmed that this item is infact couinterfeitd . In a nutshell that means hijackings, ****** etc have occured in order to get you the the incorrectly re labled wrong device to you . I strongly encourage you to look deeply into any item you purchase at takealot.com and confirm that you are not in fact buying items that are ********ly obtained by takealot.com themselves
