Buy the same books 3 times - 1 month still nothing

Bought 4 prescribed textbooks for Uni with [URL Removed] (used to work when [URL Removed] in Jan. <br> followed up a week later why I have not heard anything. Eventually I got a response that they are tracking, and then that although the shipment states no fees, I must pay. Wonderful - would have helped if someone contacted me to inform and make arrangements earlier.<br> So I wait another week for a courier quote, pay the next day.... and NOTHING!<br> I e-mail - Cindy dodges questions asking my patience and they are processing etc... Only to get automated responses that the order has been cancelled, and returned.<br> Asking around and e-mailing for a week where is my order, where is my money??<br> Eventually I have to buy my same books again at R380 more expensive... and I am told to wait for a shipment quote (the shipment I just paid a week ago after Cindy finally sent me a quote!).<br> So, paid the price, wait for dispatch - only to be told again by Elzita that they must again return the books and I must buy them out again, and click on another link to indicate \pick-up\" from the warehouse, then they will issue me a NEW courier quote, that I must pay AGAIN and then they can dispatch.<br> PATHETIC!"
