Buy from take alot at your own risk

I bought a digimark electric oven with 2 solid hotplates from takealot on the 10th of October which was delivered to me on the 11th of October, the product was delivered in a poor and damaged condition and had scratches and dents everywhere, I logged an exchange which was processed on the 14th, the second hotplate had almost the same problems as the previous one, the delivery guy advised that I log a refund cause I unboxed the stove in his presence so that he can witness the kind of product he delivered to me. To my surprise, when I took it completely out of the box, it was badly bent on both sides and I couldn't use the oven cause the door couldn't completely close and the trays didn't fit in the oven. I logged one last exchange before asking for a refund, they were supposed to deliver the stove today, when I checked my emails, they had cancelled my order cause apparently they nolonga have stock of the hotplate. Not even 30days, I can't refund or exchange this defective stove. I've never been so heartbroken cause they don't even reply emails or answer my calls
