Busisiwe Ntwana - no service

I bought a solar motion sensor floodlight and it was delivered on time on 7 November 2019. However, when I opened the box, there was no instruction manual. I immediately logged a ticket with Takealot and received a response from Busisiwe Ntwana a few hours later. I subsequently found that the remote control was also not included. I mailed Busisiwe Ntwana again and she said she would get back to me. She never did, even after I followed up again on the 7th. I then found that the electrical cable that connects the light to the solar panel, is only 1 meter long as not 5 as per the item advertised. I now have a light, which I needed desperately due to crime in the area, but it does not function properly. I need these issues resolved and the missing and incorrect components by Monday, 11 November 2019, please.
