I purchased a battery operated milk frother in March 2025 which stopped working after approximately 5 uses. They processed my return with an account credit which I requested however they rejected my review of the product despite me adhering to the review guidelines. I ordered a USB Hub on 12 June that is described as a USB 3.1 hub on their site, however the product received is a USB 2.0 hub valued at half the price. From a quick search engine check it seems that TakeAlot is known for rejecting negative product reviews, selling counterfeit products and supplying products that don’t match the description on their site. I’ve requested that they close my account as I will no longer be supporting them.
