11 Jul - bought 2 pack bar stools for R1199 (600/each). Delivery had only 1 bar stool+1 damaged part. Returned and requested replacement in writing - confirmed by Takealot. Credit issued instead. 3 Aug emailed 2x asking whether 2x bar stools will be replaced as I needed a total of 4 and wanted to purchase more that day at 1199 each (double the original price) - no reply to both emails. 4 Aug, 1 bar stool for 1199 no longer avail, only 2 pack for 2999 (1500/each). This ********* behaviour as it appears the discounted price was detected by Takealot / supplier and they would not honour that price. Even subsequently, no replies to my emails to purchase the same item at double price went unrep**** - only to find the price increased even further to 1500/each
