Business opens very late in the day

I had a package delivered at a delivery center in Pretoria North and when I went to fetch it at 09:25 in the morning while I was in town, the place was still closed. It is ridiculous! Now I have to drive back to collect it at another time that suits them not myself who is the customer. If you have things delivered at your home you have to be there the whole day. You should be given a specific time for delivery. Why should I have to arrange my day to suit a company? I hate being inconvenienced because I arrange trips into town so I can do everything at once. This is the 21st century not the 1920’s!
