Burned by Deess laser machine

I bought the Deess laser hair removal and ive had such a horrible experience it burned both my legs i wish i could attach the picture its horrible, the scars are so bad i dont no what to do never buy this product you will live to regret it and the experience that come with it and the trauma. I expect to be refunded but i cant get a hold of anyone
