Burn Money to make heat

I ordered a heater from Takealot. I asked for a readjusted delivery for a day I was certain I'd have cash. I could not adjust on the app and emailed them (this was after rescheduling passed the 1 week time frame) and my delivery was granted.

I received an email that it would be delivered on Monday, 4 April. Over the weekend, stormy Sunday, I left the comfort of my home solely to withdraw cash. Also while waiting for them to get back to me if I could change my payment method and pay via card instead. ONLY to find out I had no deliveries scheduled. I sent a screenshot of my conversation with the Takealot rep to Mr Adam (very helpful) confirming my order is ready for delivery on Monday. He assured me that there is unfortunately, no delivery and I'd have to REORDER. I reordered and delivery scheduled for 19 APRIL! This weekend will be FREEZING cold and I have no heater. What must I do? Burn the money to make heat??
