Bundled sd card not received with kiddies camera

Received incomplete order, bad after sale service! Ordered a kiddies digital camera which includes a 32gb sd card bundled in (as opposed to other cheaper options on the site that didn't include the sd card), received the item and saw that there was a sticker attached saying that there was a sd card included, and as this was a gift for my daughter, I didn't open it up further to investigate. After my daughter opened it up for Christmas we discovered that there wasn't any sd card included, not in the camera itself or in the box. Reported the issue to takealot and instead of sending the omitted sd card, they want me to send the camera back. Unfortunately my daughter is already using the camera and we do not want to send it back, and we communicated this to them. They refused to resolve the issue further without sending the camera back first. I explained to them if they look at their reviews, they'll see other users have complained that they have also not received the sd card. Therefore sending the item back and getting a new one will result in the same situation again. I argued that they need to resolve the issue with their supplier and send the sd card to me that was omitted rather than forcing me to return the product and further inconveniencing me and upsetting my daughter. It just doesn't make sense. Send me the missing sd card that I paid for. Why now further inconvenience me and delay the process and involve further costs to collect and deliver a new product...
