Bunch of *******

My wife ordered and paid for goods from Takealot.com on 27 Oct 17 . (Order number ********** 9.) On 29 October 2017 the order was only partially delivered and we clearly indicated on the delivery documentation that one of the items paid for has not been received.. Since that date we have been struggling to obtain a refund of the item not delivered. It is extremely difficult to contact Takealot by phone and sometimes one has to hold on for longer than 10 minutes to get to speak to someone. They basically are *****ing our money.
