Bunch of ****** and service delivery is atrocious

Ordered a Smart Trickle charger on 9 September for next day delivery. Next day item arrived with a sticker printed as model I ordered but the item Model received was the entry level model. You are a bunch of ******. Item also advertised as 50% discount yet despite the 50% still more expensive than any other supplier after googling the item. Either way did a return request on the 10th and item was collected. Since then absolutely no feedback. If I order an item for next day delivery it's because I actually need it. Your service is atrocious.
