i returned goods to Takealot in March 2025, to date no refund nor apology. in November i completed a hello Peter review they called me to advise they will resolve it but since then no follow up call nor has the matter been resolved. return no - MRRN-85DGD-MRGQ & MRRN-WZOQB-ERJM note this was returned twice for the same reason no batteries and charger yet no follow up from Takealot after numerous calls. I don't think their staff know what they doing as i am moved from pillar to post with no resolution.
