Bull**** service, pathetic management, atrocious service delivery, and **** poor item dispatchment/inventory

So i placed an order on 2 Spetember 2023 and paid 1.2k for it. Delivery was scheduled for the monday at my office but i had to reschedule as i had a family emergency. Friday was agreed upon and they came to deliver. My order was suppose to be 4 items however i received 1 correct item, and 1 incorrect item that i did not order. Now today im still waiting for them to deliver my items i paid for!! This is incompetance at its best, and when you call them you can never speak to a manager, neither can they tell you why i havent received my 3 other items i ordered. My order number is ***. I would appreciate it if someone from management can contact me as the item was collected that i never ordered on 11th however still no updates on my items that are just MIA.
