Bull**** service

Second time in two weeks I order something and the result is poor.

I took collection of a hoverboard, it is in the wrong colour, the box is severely damaged, the item is damaged and used.

This is a horrible experience, I wanted to give this to my daughter on her birthday yesterday and now takealot has ruined our experience.

I need immediate collection and you guys need to bring me a new ,unopened one in the right colour.
