Bull**** service.

I have been requesting a return for weeks now. Being told each time by the advisor via email that your return has been logged and delivery will be scheduled via sms and then nothing happens. I email again and the process starts over again only to lead to nothing once again. I've even logged my own return online and funny enough the status shows 'collection scheduled' - with who? How? When was it scheduled? I have received no correspondence from takealot whatsoever regarding my return again!
