Built around the simple concept that the customer DOES NOT comes first

Where do I start???

It is the 1st of December and the Christmas bug has finally hit. Having purchased most of the big gifts throughout the year I now had one final task, Stocking Fillers. So I looked for very specific gift suited to the individual and placed the order. Good to go with a delivery date of 7th December. OR SO I THOUGHT...

The delivery date has been changed for THREE WEEKS LATER and no one said a word. I had to call and find out why this had happened... After many many frustrating phone calls it come down to the fact that the customer does not come first. Happy to TAKEALOT of your money but not too happy to provide a service.

I am now in the situation that I still dont have my stocking fillers and nether I or the people it was meant for are here. And lets face it nothing says Merry Christmas like giving a gift in January. I then tried to call TAKEALOT to let them know that I am no longer able to take delivery of the package but after making two phone calls and waiting on hold for over 6minutes each time I have given up.

You have had a steady decline in your service and I am truly disappointed...

Sincerely

A very unhappy customer.
