brought brand new phone was delivered pre owned device

my friend ordered me iphone 7plus 128gb with takealot in December 2021 phone was delivered on the 24 December 2022 after charging the phone which was completely off for new phone the phone was freezing and switch off i asked for return but it was not fetched on the day we agreed we received text that we were not available but we didn't receive any call and no one came phone decided to be blank I took it to istore was told this is pre owned device first purchase was in 2017 when I paid for new device i have lost alot of money because i use the phone for business I open complaint no one came back to me am left with no phone while they busy taking they own time I regret using this service it has cost me more then the phone itself i just wish to get my money and buy phone somewhere else.
