Broken TV on delivery.

New TV broken screen on delivery. When I unboxed the TV the day of delivery saw that the screen was broken at the top. I placed a return of goods Straight away.

Now help from Takealot. TV was picked up next day for a investigation to see what went wrong. Six days later same TV return to me stil broken and no feedback from Takealot help senter after all emails sent to them. Still nothing heard in three weeks now.
