Broken TV from Takealot.

I ordered a 65 inch smart TV from Takealot and it arrived with a broken screen. I arranged a return of the TV to Takealot requesting a refund, which I did. A couple of weeks later the TV was returned back to me in the same state with no explanation as to why the TV was returned. I have been trying for weeks now to get them to explain what the problem is and why they sent the TV back to me and I have got nowhere. They do not seem to have any way of communicating with them, all the communication systems just don't want to work. Very frustrating!!!!
