Broken Tv and now I have to keep it! Never true!!!

I bought a 70 inch Tv a google tv it was on the box for almost 3 weeks because I didn’t have that brackets I decided to open the tv and use the stands in meantime and when I switch the tv on there was that rainbow colour in the left hand side of the tv and I logged a return. The driver put a plastic band on the tv and loaded into the truck. Today I get an email with pictures where the half of the screen is now the same as what the corner is and they simply just send me an email saying it’s user damage and warranty don’t apply!!! Like that R10k? Never this is nonsense they take no responsibility for their delivery people as that tv was damaged even the glasses I bought with the same delivery was broken!
