Broken TV

Bought a tv from Takealot and was broken in the box. MRRN-K6D9Q-BPRR. They decline the return, but there was an email attached to the box that already stated that it was broken. They did take a photo at the pickup point in Wonderboom Junction. Why send me a broken tv and not replacing it.
