Broken suitcase delivered

I'm really disappointed in the delivery I received today. I confirmed with you staff before order 2 sets of Apple Green suitcases. The sets arrived today and low and behold the one set is a different colour. On further inspection the incorrect colour set already has scratches on the front, has a broken wheel and the one handle doesnt pull out far enough on the smallest case. This is a real inconvenience as we are flying in 2 weeks. Now I have to go through the process of waiting for a collection. Then following up with you all the time about where my new set is. And I see you also don't have the Apple Green colour on stock at the moment. I need a new USABLE set as in end of this week. And I would really appreciate if you check before sending out damaged good to your customers. Really not impressed.
