Broken Ringlight

Bought a ring light with take alot and it came to me in a btiken state, i returned it for the first time and for some reason not communicated to me was declined and the same broken yhing was returned to me. I again logged a return with an option to reimburse my money, yo my suprise the same thing was returned back to me. At this point am not sure if i should be paying full price for faulty stuff.
