Broken Refund and exchange policy

<p>Bought Bluedio bluetooth headphones from the Takealot.com and they broke in 5 months while i was taking them off my head. this was a process the headphones were designed for and not an unexpected use. Takealot refused to exchange the headphones even though they were still under warranty.</p>
