Broken Promises and Broken Communication Lines

I placed an order for two items with a COD option. Only one item was delivered and I was told by the driver to pay for both item which I did. I am yet to receive the other item and I cannot get hold of Takealot to find out when I am getting the second item which was due on the 5th September 2018. I cannot find a contact number anywhere on the intranet for your company and every email I sent it is returned stating I must use your ONLINE HELP OPTION. What a ****** joke. Can you please ensure I receive the goods today or return my money.
