Broken promises!
I placed an order and paid for it. It was promised to me that my order will be delivered before 5 yesterday and it was not! I called them and they said that they promised my order will be delivered by 5 today and it was not! Now they won't respond to my emails at all!!!! This is not the first time I have written a report on takealot. I'm thinking that the only course of action will be to stop being their customer because I don't feel like they wish for \my smile to be guaranteed"!!! """

We'll further investigate your situation with the relevant departments in the morning to determine why delivery didn't occur as originally arranged with you. Our complaints team will then provide you with feedback on the matter and what corrective action has been taken to prevent this from happening again.
