Broken procedure, useless customer service

I've been a Takealot customer for years and noticed the operation and customer service I experienced recently is utmost poor! I had to raise a complaint to CGSO after dealing with Takealot for a whole month speaking to 20+ staff via call centre and email threads and still not able to solve the simplest problem. Right after that case, I gave it another chance by placing a small order, no email or message notifying the delivery on Friday, no one came to our house on Friday, but somehow the system updated it as attempted delivery on Friday, failed delivery, auto created a return then auto cancelled the delivery?????*** ?...Not going to try it again. Your team Failed.
