Broken order after a whole month of waiting for delivery

Very disappointed with take alot. My order took almost a full month to be delivered. And as I was so excited that I finally recieved my order then boom my wine bottles were broken. I tried launching a complain with them several time but still no flipping responce even today. Very poor customer service.
