broken online portal

<p>Tried numerous times to purchase something and their website payment portal was broken. Lots of screenshots sent to them to demo their problem. Finally worked the next day (many emails later). Asked if they could do free delivery as a gesture of apology for the poor payment experience. They are not interested. Going the extra mile does not feature for takealot.com</p>
