Broken laptop

In June I bought laptop at takealot and in Sept it started to give me problems, it switches off at 60% battery level, did not close properly, could not install software, then early Oct I locked a return and they took almost a month to come pick it up, and on the day they were picking it up 22 Nov the time I was wrapping it, I found out that there was a certain part broken from inside which was destructing laptop to close came out, now they decline it, and even if they don't want to refund my money they also don't want to fix it as is still under warranty and guarantee
