Broken kettle - almost 3 months

A kettle I purchased broke over Dec 2021. I returned this to takealot and had to pay for it to be fixed. It arrived in mid January - I believe 5-6 weeks later more broken then it was before. I immediately sent pics to Takealot and asked for a refund for the 3rd time. They promised to send a courier to fetch it. Now almost an additional month after receiving the kettle, no one has collected and no refund has been issued. I have chased on the collection twice and been promised it will be collected and it has not.
