Broken item on delivery non returnable

I recieved my order on Monday. I orderd coffee with a TV box. When the driver brought it to me she asked what I ordered. I told and she said she thinks it's broken. I opened the box to see the bottle complete broken into pieces.

Nothing to keep it from breaking in the box or a sticker to say fragile items. When I tried to email takelot to explain what happened they blocked me on email.

No care in the world and just took my money. Very disappointed
