Broken item

I bought a washing line last month, it started rusting in few weeks, I logged a return and the courier guy collected it, everything was fine except for the rust, I showed him that everything is fine and where the rust was, by the time it reached the Takealot warehouse it was broken, some lines had dents all of a sudden and it was sent right back to me rusty and broken now, 2 lines fell off immediately when I opened it, I called the courier guy coz I took pictures before I gave him asking why was the line not taken care of during the transit, his response was “ a lot of people and departments were involved and it could be anyone “ devastating, basically I wasted my money and time, this couldn’t even last 1 month, what about the rust that would damage my clothes, I tried explaining this to Takealot but they didn’t care.
