BROKEN ITEM DELIVERED

I have made a purchase of a fossil watch online and delivery time was great however my watch arrived broken. One of the links were broken. It was really disappointing since it was a birthday gift and I could not give a broken watch as a gift and had to go through the whole return process. Taking into consideration that I had to now give my dad his gift 2 weeks after his birthday.
