Broken headphones by bad build quality is not user damage
Good day, on 5 June 2017 I bought Philips A3PRO Armin Dj Headphones from you guys which is quite an expensive set of headphones. On Friday 26 Jan 2018 the headphones decided to break near the swivel where the cups are. If you look on both sides of the headphones you will see that the one broke completely and the 2nd one has started to tear.
So I have sent it in as it has 12 months warranty, today I get a response back from a Noluthando Adams stating that you wont be sorting this out as it is user Damage.
So I am asking takealot now how can that be user damage if both sides of the headphones are starting to break and tear open like plastic does when it is stretched on a weak point? How is this user damage, after paying a FORTUNE for these headphones and only discovering 7 months down the line the build quality is bad on them.
How can this be user damage? Please state to me and give me proof that this is user damage as I can show you on the other swivel that has not broken off yet, that it is also starting to tear open which will also break, then you will also tell me this is user damage?
You guys are extremely poor with your return service, you see one side is broken, assume user damage, without checking the other side as it is stated that it is also breaking there. How is this USER DAMAGE?
