Broken goods declined after it was returned

I received a broken item from Takealot, I called and emailed pictures as soon as I received it. Takealot driver collected my item and now they declined my return and refusing to give my product even though I PAID for it I have ALWAYS been a Takealot customer but after this, I will never buy from them again.

This is not how you treat customers.
