Broken goods

I'm very disappointed in the service I received I purchased a top loader defy from takealot and received it on the 6 may , Upon receiving it there was no water pipes and it sounds like there's water in the machine when shaking it, called on the same day for a return with return reference number MRRN-UNJEV-KRXD And was advised it will be collected on the 9 may, today is the 11th And I still haven't received any callback or any response from them, I've been trying to contact them with no luck Very disappointed 😞
