Broken equipment and fail to refund

I have a small food business and bought a skottel braai from takealot to extend my services to my clients. When we set up to open for business, the stem of the skottel braai was blocked. I took it to a gas company in Brackenfell to have it assessed and they told me that the stem was too damaged to repair. I have paid for the spot for the day and had to pack up and go home as I could not make money for the day. Had to give away all the rolls as I could not use it for the day and could not reuse them on a different occasion. They have collected their damaged product and refuse to give me a refund as they see no problem with their broken product. Ran a huge loss for the day. I am a loyal client to takealot as I have furnished my whole salon and home with their products. Will never buy from them again. They need to do quality checks on their products before sending it out to clients.
