broken blender was delivered twice

Purchased a blender and it was delivered as promised , the problem starts when the driver who was delivering notices that the blender is broken and urgently notified me and went back with the stock back to Takealot . the second time this gets delivered i receive the same unit that is broken , i quickly logged a return so they can replace the unit . now it has been a weeks since the collected the blender no one has told me when will i receive the replacement . i logged a call with their helpdesk only to be told that my return was processed and refund was done successfully

i have not received any refund in my account , i have been following up since 21st i still haven't received any feedback regarding my replacement unit or refund
