Broken baby walker

I bought a baby walker from Takealot in October last year 2024 for my then 6 month old. He started using it around January frequently but to my surprise the bolts of the walker kept being loose and my son would fall out of it. The material began to tear on the side and I then requested for it to be collected and refunded, they came to collect but told me they can’t refund because it is already used, Ofcos it is used it is meant to be used. The walker is supposed to be under warranty as indicated but when I inquired about the warranty with Avhasei.k who send me the email I got no response. I send a follow up to them again also for it to be ignored. I am not happy with the quality and the treatment. What should I do with a walker that is not serving its purpose?
