Broken and then not delivering new package
Wow, what a ********** experience with you LOT!!!!! First you send me a broken product, ordered on Friday afternoon, was delivered Saturday morning, found out it was broken Saturday afternoon. Immediately called the office, logged a return. Why then guys cant you deliver the product within in 1-2 days as you promised. Now suddenly its 4 days. Dont ******** me.
