Broken and incorrect
I'm very disappointed with Takealot. I placed 2 orders just to receive a broken pool table. I had to contact to find out what's happening before Takealot actually assisted me. I'm still waiting for my refund. Now the 2nd delivery comes this morning and it is a completely different item from what I ordered. Your delivery team refused to take it back because I did not want to accept the incorrect parcel. This is horrible service. I want the incorrect item collected today and I want the correct item delivered today. I don't care how it gets done.

15 Dec 2025, 09:21Still no response from Takealot. Very oblivious to what is happening and not interested in customer service. I still haven't received my refund and I still havent received the correct parcel which you at Takealot have stuffed up.
