Broken and incomplete items delivered

I recently ordered a mini air cooler from takealot my very first purchase from them and the item came here broken and missing parts.. It was suposed to have a power adaptor it didnt. The vents was broken aswell as part of the air filter. I had to wait a week for delivery and then i get it broken now i have to wait another week for a replacement. Its really bad for a first experience and i wont be ordering from them again.
